Email Issues

We experienced a number of email problems yesterday affecting the hosting.planetargon.com machine. Unfortunately, this is the same machine that hosts all of our internal email, so it made communication with the outside world very difficult. As our support ticket system is email based, it also means that we did not receive, nor were we able to respond to, any support tickets that were sent in. We will be working diligently throughout the day today to ensure that we get caught up with tickets in a timely fashion. I apologize to all of customers who were affected by this outage directly or indirectly. We believe that the problem is fixed at this point so if you have any further issues please let us know. Note that we do monitor these forums on a regular basis as well, so if you do not get a timely response to an issue, particularly one related to email, I would encourage you to post to the forums in addition to sending in an email to ensure that the issue is recognized and resolved quickly.
