As some of you have noticed, we have been having some issues with Helium the last few days. While the server itself is running just fine, apache seems to go braindead at random intervals. Unfortunately, this is happening on a per-process basis, so there are times when 1 site is down while all the rest are up, and times when all but one of the sites are down.

Unfortunately, we can only monitor so many of the sites to make sure that they’re up and running, so if you notice that your site is down, please do let us know as soon as you notice it.

We will be working on tracking down exactly what’s causing this problem and trying to find a way to fix it. In the meantime we appreciate your patience with any downtime that does occur.
