Anyone else seeing very poor performance on Ion?

Today at 6:15 am MST, when loading my app I had a 40 second wait only to get an error (Http500). I retried and 26 seconds later my app crawled on to my browser. Also, I had intermittent performance problems Sunday and Monday nights.

Yes, my site on ion is crawling, too.

Same here. Hope it’s not my fault this time. (I don’t think so.)

This was due to one customers (typo) application. Yesterday, we took them offline after contacting them. Thanks for your patience and I apologize for not posting a follow up here sooner.

Robby, is PA implementing or planning to implement some type of monitoring system that can dectect this sort of problem on a timely basis? My app “sucked wind” for over 2 days. I understand the “bad neighbor” issue on a shared host. I don’t think it’s reasonable for a bad neighbor to be allowed to persist misbehaving for days to the detriment of the rest of the ‘hood. The idea thing would be for the OS process time slicing function to throttle down processes that exceed some threshold. That would require kernel hacking though …
